The role focuses on in‑home consultations for heating, cooling, and indoor‑air‑quality systems, with average tickets ranging from $12K–$18K. Responsibilities

• Run in‑home consultations, diagnose comfort needs, and recommend appropriate heating, cooling, or IAQ systems.
• Build and present accurate estimates and proposals on the spot.
• Work leads from company marketing and technician referrals—follow up quickly and see each opportunity through.
• Partner with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to startup.
• Turn every closed job into the next referral and develop a referral pipeline from past customers and field technicians.

Requirements

• Proven track record in HVAC sales, in‑home sales, or another high‑ticket consultative selling environment.
• Ability to explain technical systems in plain language that homeowners understand.
• Self‑motivated “closer” mindset; comfortable asking for the sale and working on commission‑only pay.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort working daily in a CRM system.
• Flexibility for some evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in HVAC or a related high‑ticket consultative field.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Energetic, proactive attitude with passion and enthusiasm for meeting challenges.

Schedule
