HVAC / BAS Controls Technician

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC and building automation systems in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC and BAS systems
• Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions
• Install new equipment as needed
• Document work performed and communicate with clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC and BAS systems
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems
• Experience with diagnostic tools
