Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC/R systems.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company policies and industry safety standards.
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers.
- Continuously build technical knowledge through hands-on training and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HVAC/R systems and components, including:
- Refrigeration systems
- Residential controls
- Gas and oil heating systems
- Air conditioning and heat pump systems
Required Licenses and Certifications
- Oil Burner License
- Universal Refrigeration Recovery Certification
