HVAC Apprentice

Riley Plumbing Heating & Air is hiring an HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team in Gardnerville, NV. Responsibilities

• Support experienced technicians with HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Learn proper tools, techniques, and industry best practices
• Assist with troubleshooting and equipment service
• Help create a positive experience for every customer
• Follow safety standards while developing your trade skills

Requirements

• Likes hands-on work and figuring out how things work
• Enjoys building, repairing, or working on mechanical projects
• Is dependable and eager to learn
• Doesn’t mind working outside, in attics, crawlspaces, or changing weather conditions
• Wants to grow with a company and build a long-term career
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces

Previous HVAC experience is helpful but not required. HVAC education or trade school experience is a plus.

Pay

$20-$25/hour depending on experience.
