HVAC Apprentice

What You'll Do

• Learn to install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians
• Aid with diagnostic and troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve HVAC system issues
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating professionally and addressing homeowner concerns
• Support technicians with service calls, system inspections, and routine maintenance
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with team members regarding additional products and services that may enhance comfort and efficiency
• Follow all company safety practices and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Participate in classroom and hands-on training through the Furr Academy

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning HVAC systems and technology
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift equipment and work in varying indoor and outdoor environments
• Valid driver's license required (must be at least 21 years old to meet company driving requirements)

Pay

Starting salary range: USD $60,000.00/Yr. Potential for higher pay based on performance and experience.
