HVAC Apprentice

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside experienced Lead Technicians to learn the HVAC trade hands-on.
• Install HVAC systems and ductwork.
• Assist with Service Repairs, compressor & coil replacements.
• Help with equipment setup, material handling, and job prep.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Learn proper techniques and safety standards.
• Support lead Technicians to complete jobs on time and done right the first time.
• Deliver a positive, professional experience to customers.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A valid driver’s license (or ability to get one soon).
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
