About the role
The role involves managing HVAC systems in educational facilities, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with facility managers and engineers to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and software.
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry best practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and components.
- Experience with HVAC maintenance and repair.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
