Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
- Coordinate with clients and caregivers to ensure quality service
- Oversee staff training and development
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in home healthcare or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Passing background check
- First aid/CPR certification
