Hunter Account Executive
About The Role
This is a newly created, strategic Hunter Account Executive role designed to expand our presence across untapped markets and high-potential whitespace accounts. You’ll be at the forefront of driving net-new business, helping shape our growth strategy while building a strong book of business from the ground up. With a significant total addressable market (TAM) and strong organizational backing, this role offers substantial upside. High performers will see clear pathways for career progression, increased responsibility, and strong earnings potential tied directly to results. Responsibilities
- Possess and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound business development efforts (calls, email, social, networking, referrals).
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and align solutions.
- Deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective customers.
- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration.
- Track sales activities, forecasts, and opportunities accurately within CRM systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support deal progression and close.
- Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation, activity, and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or technology sales.
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience managing pipeline and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales or pipeline goals.
PREFERRED
- Experience selling software, SaaS, CAD, PLM, or engineering technology solutions.
- Experience operating within a territory-based or strategic account model.
- Familiarity with PTC or similar technology ecosystems.

Work Setup
- Remote-first environment with a professional home workspace required.
- Travel within territory for customer meetings and industry events as needed.
- Occasional broader travel for company meetings, training, and events.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range listed represents the company’s good-faith estimate of base compensation for this position at the time of posting. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for the role and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation, including incentive-based bonuses or commissions, as applicable.
