Vision for the Role: The Concessions Assistant plays a vital role in fostering a communal atmosphere at camp by providing fun snacks, meals, and desserts for campers and guests at Hume's various coffee, apparel, and snack shops. Follow all safety procedures and directions provided by supervisorsMaintain a positive and cooperative attitude, contributing to a Christ-centered team environmentRepresent Hume Christian Camps’ values and mission through conduct, attitude, and service Our Ideal Candidate: Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with the organization’s Statement of FaithAgrees to and abides by the organization’s Statement of Faith, Code of Conduct, and lifestyle/community standardsMust be at least 18 years of age at start of employment to live in staff housing; or must be a High School graduate who is a dependent resident of Hume in staff housingAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsWillingness to perform physical tasks and work outdoors or indoors as neededExperience in customer service, food service, or barista experience preferred.
