Human Sub Research Spec II

University of Rochester · Rochester, New York Metropolitan Area · 1 mo ago
Analyst$25.14–$35.24/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about University values (Meliora). That's generic but maybe part of "About the role"? It's about the community. Could be considered "About the role" or "About the University". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" containing the description of the role and maybe the University values. - Job Location (Full Address): 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, New York, United States of America, 14642. Opening Worker Subtype: Regular Time Type Full time Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Department 400057 Medicine M&D-Gastroentrol Div Work Shift UR - Day (United States of America) Range UR URG 108 H Compensation Range $25.14 - $35.24 The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. We need to include Pay section if posting actually states them. Yes, compensation range given. So we can have Pay section with that range. Schedule: Scheduled Weekly Hours 40, Work Shift UR - Day. So we can have Schedule section. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. There's no benefits description. So we should not create Benefits section. Qualifications: Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in human subject research coordination required Or equivalent combination of education and experience If applicable, department specific experience required Experience as a Phlebotomist preferred. Also Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Word processing and data analysis software required. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: SOCRA - Certification In Clinical Research upon hire preferred Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) upon hire preferred. Thus we can have Requirements (maybe combine Education & Experience) and Qualifications/Skills. The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide how to split. Probably Requirements: Education & Experience. Qualifications: Licenses/Certifications. Skills: Word processing and data analysis software. But we must not create sections with filler. All have content. Responsibilities: The posting includes a big block under "Responsibilities" and "Essential Functions". We need to preserve all substantive info. So we can combine them under Responsibilities heading as a list of duties. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn responsibilities into list items. Also for Requirements (education/experience) we can list as
    • . Skills: list. Qualifications: maybe list certifications. Pay: maybe just a

with the range. Schedule: maybe a

with hours and shift. About the role: maybe a

with the introductory paragraph about University values and role overview? The posting includes a paragraph about University values and commitment. That's generic but maybe considered "About the role". We'll include that. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. At the end there is a long EEO statement. Must remove. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. There's none. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

      About the role

      Requirements

Compensation range: $25.14 - $35.24 per hour (minimum and maximum compensation for this job). Individual salaries/hourly rates will be set within this range based on market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity considerations.

      Schedule

Full-time position with 40 scheduled weekly hours; work shift: UR - Day (United States of America).

We need to ensure we didn't include any placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check that we didn't repeat job title. Not. Check that we didn't include Job ID etc. Not. Check that we didn't include Benefits section. Not. Check that we didn't include any boilerplate EEO. Not. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The intro about University values, location? We omitted location. The posting includes Job Location (Full Address): 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, New York, United States of America, 14642. Should we include that? It's substantive. Where to put? Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? There's no heading for location. Could embed in About the role paragraph. Let's add location in About the role. Also Opening Worker Subtype: Regular Time Type Full time Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Department 400057 Medicine M&D-Gastroentrol Div Work Shift UR - Day (United States of America) Range UR URG 108 H. Some of that is metadata like department, worker subtype, etc. Might be considered minor metadata; we could fold into About the role or Schedule. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include location and maybe department in About the role paragraph. Thus About the role paragraph: include University values, location, department, worker subtype, etc. Let's craft:

As a community, the University of Rochester is defined by a deep commitment to Meliora - Ever Better. Together, we will set the highest standards for how we treat each other to ensure our community is welcoming to all and is a place where all can thrive. Other duties as assigned. We need to list each as
    • . Avoid duplication: some lines repeat similar content (e.g., Develops, implements and evaluates recruitment strategies appears twice). We should keep both? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate identical lines. Let's identify duplicates: - "Develops, implements and evaluates recruitment strategies, information, data systems and study management systems." appears in Responsibilities and again in Essential Functions (slight variation: "Develops, implements, and evaluates recruitment strategies, information, data systems, and study management systems.") Essentially same. We'll keep one. - "Participates in the development, review and approval of case report forms (CRFs) and study-specific procedure manuals and documents." appears twice (Responsibilities and Essential Functions). Keep one. - "Develops, implements, and monitors systems and methods to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and consistency in the processing of human subject research data." appears once. - "Reviews study progress, including data, finances, documentation, and reporting deliverables." appears once. - "Designs, develops, implements, monitors, and manages systems and procedures to track study progression." appears once. - "Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory and institutional requirements and standards." appears once. - "Ensures the integrity and security of all study data at all times." appears once. - "Initiates, monitors, and ensures all protocol activities are standardized across study sites." appears once. - "Implements immediate and appropriate corrective action when inconsistency of activities is identified." appears once. - "Trains research coordinators and other staff on activities associated with conducting human subject research specific to study protocols and generally in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCPs) guidelines and sponsor requirements." appears once. - "May direct the activities of subordinate staff and others to gather, compile, and analyze study information." appears once. - "Coordinates and monitors financial data for budget and variance reporting and compliance with all institutional requirements for adequate system controls." appears once. - "Keeps current with all federal, state, sponsor, and institutional policies and laws, standard operating procedures, and guidelines." appears once. - "D
