About the role
We are seeking a Part-Time Human Service Specialist to join the Community Transition Team.
Responsibilities
- Administer and observe urinalysis, breathalyzer, oral fluid, and sweat patch tests
- Provide services aligned with individual service plans
- Participate in recovery teams and offer feedback on client progress
- Assist with medication monitoring tasks such as delivery and education
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards
- Collaborate with clients and teams to determine effective interventions
- Attend meetings, staff development, and clinical supervision
- Support client independence through trauma-informed, person-centered practices
- Testify in legal proceedings when required
- Work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to complete background and health checks
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and documentation
- Basic computer skills, including electronic health records and email
Preferred qualifications: at least one year of related experience.
