Human Resources Supervisor

About the Role

The Human Resources Supervisor supports PathGroup’s human resource processes, including HR data entry and verification, employee relations, and employee development under the direction of the Director of HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the HR Generalist/Representative roles.
• Advise supervisors on Employee Relations issues and assist with conducting internal investigations and counseling sessions.
• Assist with conducting employee investigations as needed.
• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
• Perform biweekly pay period audits of employment changes in the HRMS to ensure data integrity.
• Manage the Learning Management System, implement organizational training and development efforts, and track employee participation in training initiatives.
• Oversee HR processes and procedures, including onboarding and data entry into HR systems, ensuring timely and accurate entry while maintaining data integrity.
• Manage the Employee Performance Review program, including design, implementation, and training.
• Analyze Human Resource capital data.
• Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Assist the Director of HRIS in the implementation and administration of Human Resources functions as assigned.
• Support the Director of HRIS with special projects and other duties.
• Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with industry best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data.
• Work with other departments within PathGroup and subsidiaries.
