Human Resources Service Center Representative
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: We’re looking for someone comfortable in a high-volume HR Service Center, handling mission partner questions, resolving sensitive and complex issues by phone and case, and navigating multiple systems. This role requires strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Serves as the first point of contact for all inquiries into Human Resources.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School/GED
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Other Skills/Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

- Associates Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources

Pay
Expected pay for this position is $21.72 - $25.55/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
