Responsibilities
- Aid in onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, orientation coordination, and compliance tracking
- Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of HR records
- Support employees by answering HR-related questions and assisting with workplace concerns
- Cook up background checks, credential verification, and pre-employment requirements
- Assist with maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
- Support staff training initiatives and development programs
- Collaborate with leadership to help meet staffing and workforce needs
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred
