Role: Human Resources Manager overseeing HR operations for campus food and facilities teams. Responsibilities Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.Coordinate training programs and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Manage HR data, reporting, and analytics to inform decision-making.Partner with leadership to foster a safe, inclusive, and service-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement.
