Marion County is recruiting a Human Resources Labor Counsel to join our team. Requirements

• Member of the Oregon State Bar in good standing at the time of appointment.
• Five years of experience practicing law, with significant experience in labor and employment law including negotiation responsibilities.
• Any satisfactory combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position, as determined by Marion County.

Skills

• Public sector experience or representation preferred.
