Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Paylocity system by serving as a project coordinator, partnering closely with the Project Manager and HR team members to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for HR operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely follow-through.
- Serve as a front-line point of contact for employee and customer inquiries, delivering responsive and professional service.
- Aid in the coordination and maintenance of employee certification programs.
- Assist with employee recognition and rewards initiatives, including preparation and tracking of program updates.
- Aid in management updates and internal communications, including WHAM publishing and related content support.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Internship Experience And Development
- Receive shared training and mentorship from experienced HR professionals, including direct support from team members.
- Gain exposure to HR systems, employee programs, and real-world HR operations within an insurance organization.
- Participate in a two-way performance review at the conclusion of the internship to reflect on accomplishments, learning outcomes, and overall experience.
