Human Resources Intern

Schedule: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week

About the role

Würth Elektronik is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Human Resources team as an intern. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR activities in a professional, collaborative environment. We understand that academics come first. We will work with the selected intern to establish a schedule that supports their school commitments. Interns may work up to 20 hours per week, and the role may be structured to help fulfill internship-hour requirements for an applicable degree program, subject to the college's approval.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruiting activities
• Supporting onboarding activities and helping create a welcoming employee experience
• Maintaining HR records, files, and administrative documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
• Helping organize employee engagement, learning, or internal communication initiatives
• Conducting research and assisting with HR-related projects as needed
• Providing general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Interest in building a career in Human Resources
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A reliable, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
