Human Resources Intern
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." and "About Us: Visit us at www.elementalbrands.com or call 877-564-5051." Also remove "Company Description" maybe? The description includes company description; we can include as part of About the role? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- Company Description (maybe "About the role" could contain description of company and opportunity). The posting includes "Company Description The Opportunity: ..." So we can put that under About the role.
- Job Description: includes description of intern role, learning opportunities, etc. That could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? Probably Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Challenge Yourself - The Specifics: includes Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Administrative, Additional Duties. Those are responsibilities.
- Qualifications: list.
- Additional Information: includes EEO line (to remove) and About Us (to remove). No benefits, pay, schedule mentioned. So we should not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections because no specific content.
- Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: MS Office, Google Suite, communication, tact, initiative, etc. Could be a Skills section.
- Requirements: maybe similar to Qualifications? The instruction says we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate. We could put qualifications under Qualifications, and maybe Requirements could be "High School graduate; enrolled in higher education in a related field". But that's also qualification. We could split: Requirements: education eligibility; Qualifications: skills etc. But we need to avoid filler. Let's see.
We have: "Qualifications High School graduate; enrolled in higher education in a related fieldExcellent use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google SuiteGood listening and communication (verbal and written) skillsStrong use of tact, initiative, prudence, and independent judgment within general policy, procedural, and legal guidelinesMust have attention to detail and be well-organizedHigh sense of patience and ability to work in an ever-changing environment"
Thus we can treat that as Qualifications. Could also have a Skills section for MS Office, Google Suite, communication, tact, initiative, etc. But Qualifications already covers skills. To avoid thin sections, maybe we just have Qualifications and Responsibilities and About the role. No Skills separate.
We must not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections because no content.
Thus output:
About the role
About the role
... company description and opportunity ...
Responsibilities
- ... list items ...
Qualifications
- ... list items ...
- . Could group by subheadings? Not required; just list.
Qualifications: we have the paragraph: "High School graduate; enrolled in higher education in a related fieldExcellent use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google SuiteGood listening and communication (verbal and written) skillsStrong use of tact, initiative, prudence, and independent judgment within general policy, procedural, and legal guidelinesMust have attention to detail and be well-organizedHigh sense of patience and ability to work in an ever-changing environment"
We need to split into sensible items. Could list each as separate
- . Let's parse:
- High School graduate; enrolled in higher education in a related field
- Excellent use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Suite
- Good listening and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong use of tact, initiative, prudence, and independent judgment within general policy, procedural, and legal guidelines
- Must have attention to detail and be well-organized
- High sense of patience and ability to work in an ever-changing environment
We could combine first two? But keep as separate.
Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate: "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." and "About Us: Visit us at www.elementalbrands.com or call 877-564-5051." Remove.
Also remove "Company Description" heading maybe not needed as we embed content.
Now produce HTML.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
Thus:
