Human Resources Information Specialist

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, information technology, or other related field, preferred, or appropriate experience will be considered as a qualification for this role in lieu of a degree in a related field
• Experience working with educational software platforms and HR platforms
• Experience managing HR information systems updates, changes, and implementations
• Knowledge of education HR database design and functions
• Detail and process-oriented, and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
• Skilled in demonstrating innovation and creativity by continually improving internal processes and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Able to work in a dynamic organization by balancing multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace and managing data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective presentation skills for communication strategy and process

$85,000 - $95,000
