About the role
The Employee Relations HR Generalist serves as an integral member of the Human Resources department, dedicated to cultivating a collaborative and empathetic workplace culture. Core responsibilities include overseeing performance management, facilitating conflict resolution, and proactively partnering with managers to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee performance management
- Facilitate conflict resolution

- Execute comprehensive and impartial investigations into matters such as harassment and discrimination, in collaboration with internal counsel
- Offer expert guidance to business leaders
Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field, AND Two (2) years of related Human Resources experience;
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field, AND Four (4) years of related Human Resources experience;
- Six (6) years of related Human Resources experience.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a solution-oriented approach, communicates clearly, maintains strict confidentiality, and effectively navigates complex situations.
