Human Resources Expert
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role.
We also have "What We Are Looking For" which could be Requirements/Qualifications. It includes statements about enjoying interacting, thriving in fast-moving, flexible schedule. Those are qualifications.
We also have "All other duties based on business needs." That's part of responsibilities.
We must not include duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove the ADA paragraph? That's legal/EEO boilerplate; should be removed. Also remove the accommodation email etc. Also remove the "All About Target Working at Target means..." maybe that's okay as about. The "All About Human Resources ..." also about.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the descriptive paragraphs about Target and HR team.
We must not include the "Benefits Eligibility Please paste this url..." maybe we can keep as a link within Benefits section.
We must not include the "Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) ..." as it's boilerplate legal; remove.
We must not include the "Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits." That's substantive about benefits; keep.
We must not include the "All other duties based on business needs." That's part of responsibilities; keep.
We must not include the "Skills The good news is that we have some amazing training..." that's part of Skills section; keep.
We must not include the "About We are an awesome place to work..." that's about; keep.
We must not include the "All About Target Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life." That's about; keep.
We must not include the "All About Human Resources You are a team that champions change..." that's about; keep.
We must not include the "What We Are Looking For This may be the right job for you if:" that's qualifications/requirements.
We must not include the "Skills The good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a Human Resources Expert. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:" then list.
We must not include the "About We are an awesome place to work and care about our teams, so we want to make sure we are clear on a few more basics that we expect:" then list physical requirements.
Those physical requirements could be part of Requirements/Qualifications or maybe a separate section like "Physical Requirements". But instruction only lists certain headings; we can put them under Requirements or Qualifications. Probably under Requirements.
Thus we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay.
We must not create Schedule section because no schedule specifics given (only flexible schedule mentioned but not specific schedule). The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have Pay and Benefits, so include them. Schedule not stated explicitly (just flexible work schedule mentioned but not specific schedule). Might be considered schedule info? It says "You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times)." That's schedule info. Could be included under Schedule section. However instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state flexible work schedule, so we could include Schedule section. But we also have "Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks" under About section. That's schedule info. So we could include Schedule section.
But we prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate schedule info into Requirements or About. However schedule is a distinct aspect; but we can put under Requirements as "Flexible work schedule". Might be okay.
Given we already have many sections, maybe we keep Schedule out and put flexible schedule in Requirements.
Thus final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay.
Now we need to format:
