Human Resources Director
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough, objective, and timely employee investigations.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen employee relations and improve workplace morale.
- Perform routine audits of personnel files and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Absorb and coordinate recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience required.
- Previous Human Resources Director experience preferred.
- Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
