Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and best practices that support a high-performing culture.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, and leadership matters.
  • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor the HR team while driving continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
  • Prioritization of influencing senior leadership and leading organizational change.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Location

Downtown Boston, MA (100% On Site, Monday through Friday)

Salary

$150,000–$170,000

Please Note

This is a fully on-site position located in Downtown Boston. Candidates must be able to work in the office five days per week.
