Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and best practices that support a high-performing culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, and leadership matters.
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the HR team while driving continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
- Prioritization of influencing senior leadership and leading organizational change.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Location
Downtown Boston, MA (100% On Site, Monday through Friday)
Salary
$150,000–$170,000

This is a fully on-site position located in Downtown Boston. Candidates must be able to work in the office five days per week.
