Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner to the Chief Digital & Information Officer
- Lead change initiatives to embed the data, technology, and AI operating model
- Design organizational structures to enhance effectiveness and accountability
- Own the talent strategy for data, technology, and AI roles across the enterprise
- Develop strategies for attracting and retaining technical talent
- Coach and elevate leadership performance through structured reviews
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience in technology-enabled organizations
- Experience partnering with data, technology, AI, and other technical teams
- Strong understanding of AI's impact on organizational structures and capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics for HR decision-making
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
