Eurest | Boeing Portfolio – Renton, WA
Eurest is seeking an experienced hospitality minded HR Business Partner to lead Labor Relations and CBA Governance across our expanding Boeing portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at the Renton Boeing campus, responsible for establishing the standards, training, and governance infrastructure required to operate consistently across a multi-site, multi-contract union environment. Ensure consistent interpretation and application of contract terms across accounts and locations. Audit wages, classifications, seniority, overtime, holidays, PTO, health and welfare, and pension to mitigate compliance and retroactive pay exposure. Develop manager-facing tools, standards, checklists, and playbooks.
- Grievance Ownership and Labor Relations — Manage the full grievance process, including intake, investigation, documentation, hearings, responses, and resolution strategy. Partner with Operations leadership to resolve labor matters at the lowest appropriate level while managing risk. Oversee union communications and maintain relationships with union representatives. Advise leadership on labor trends and risk mitigation.
- Manager Capability and Training — Deliver labor relations and CBA training for managers and supervisors, covering just cause, progressive discipline, union communication, and key contract decision points. Advise leadership on compliant, operationally sound courses of action.
- Expansion Readiness and Portfolio Support — Support onboarding of new sites and inherited contracts, including CBA assimilation, bargaining preparation, and transition planning. Build scalable documentation standards and escalation protocols to support multi-site execution. Maintain financial awareness of wage, benefit, overtime, and retroactive pay risk.
