About the role

The HRBP is responsible for building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and employees to support CVHS’s mission and organizational objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leave of absence.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leave of absence.
  • Partners closely with leadership to drive business and people strategies, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to enhance performance, engagement, and retention of a high-performing workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Three years experience in a HRBP role.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with performance management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
