Position Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to organizational leaders and employees by aligning HR practices with Heartspring's mission, values, and operational goals. This role supports talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, leadership coaching, organizational development, and performance management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership
    • Partner with department leaders to implement HR strategies that support organizational goals, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth
    • Provide guidance and consultation on workforce planning, organizational structure, and employee engagement initiatives
    • Support leaders through organizational change and growth initiatives
  • Employee Relations & Leadership Support
    • Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and talent development
    • Proactively manage complex employee relations situations while balancing compliance, compassion, and organizational needs
    • Foster a positive and accountable workplace culture aligned with Heartspring values
  • Talent Management & Organizational Development
    • Support performance management processes, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts
    • Collaborate on training, onboarding, retention, and professional development initiatives
    • Help build strong, high-performing, and mission-focused teams
  • HR Compliance & Best Practices
    • Provide subject matter expertise on HR policies, employment law, Compensation, Benefits, And Compliance
    • Ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and organizational regulations
    • Support continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and employee experience
  • Collaboration & Culture
    • Work collaboratively within a team-oriented HR department focused on partnership, service, and shared accountability
    • Contribute to a culture that values recognition, belonging, integrity, and celebration
