About the role
This position serves as a Human Resources Business Partner for a healthcare facility located in Irvine, CA. The role will provide strategic support to the organization’s leadership and staff.Responsibilities
- Supports the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with management to address employee relations issues and improve workplace culture.
- Assists in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Manages employee benefits administration and ensures timely processing of claims.
- Provides guidance on employment law and HR best practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in human resources.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-F certificated preferred.
