Onboarding

Oversee onboarding efforts to help ensure that the new-hire experience is successful and top talent is retained.

Performance Management

Provide guidance and support to managers and associates to ensure effective performance management is taking place.

Career Development

Support associates in defining Individual Development Plans for current and future career growth.

Training

Identify training needs and source and develop training programs that address skill gaps.

Compliance

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.

Associate Relations

Serve as a trusted advisor to associates and managers, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Other HR-related duties

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related degree with 5+ years related experience.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
