Pay

Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

About the role

Human Resource associates assist leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs. Responsibilities include identifying and analyzing HR-related issues and providing guidance on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives.
