The company values teamwork, operational excellence, and employee development while supporting a positive workplace culture.About the RoleWe are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS.Assist with employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.Provide guidance on HR policies and assist with routine employee relations matters.Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.Assist with HR reporting and compliance-related activities.Collaborate with managers and employees to support day-to-day Human Resources operations.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information.QualificationsTwo to eight years of Human Resources experience.Working knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and talent acquisition.Experience with UKG HRIS is preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Equal Opportunity StatementOur client is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
