About the Role
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting all core Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. Working closely with employees and leadership, this role helps create a positive workplace culture while ensuring Human Resources operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Collapse interviews and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout recruitment
- Support onboarding activities to ensure successful employee integration
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring documentation
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted Human Resources resource for employees and managers
- Provide day-to-day guidance on Human Resources policies and workplace matters
- Support the resolution of employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
- Foster positive employee relationships and an inclusive work environment
- Aid in conflict resolution and employee support initiatives
Benefits & Human Resources Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs and enrollment activities
- Provide employees with guidance regarding benefits and Human Resources processes
- Maintain confidential employee records and Human Resources documentation
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding
- Ensure accurate Human Resources recordkeeping and reporting
- Afford assistance with additional administrative responsibilities as required
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and Human Resources procedures
- Maintain and update Human Resources policies and employee documentation
- Support internal compliance reviews and Human Resources audits
- Monitor regulatory updates impacting Human Resources operations
- Promote best practices in Human Resources governance and compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation to support organizational requirements
Employee Engagement & Organizational Support
- Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement initiatives
- Support programs that enhance workplace communication and organizational culture
- Contribute ideas that improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Afford assistance with employee recognition and engagement activities
- Encourage continuous improvement across Human Resources processes
- Support organizational growth through people-focused initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of three years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices, employment laws, and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Human Resources systems
Preferred
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Knowledge of employee engagement and organizational development practices
- Experience working in a collaborative and people-focused environment
- Professional Human Resources certification is an advantage
- Experience supporting workplace culture and employee experience initiatives
