We're looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused Human Resources Assistant who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to grow a career in Human Resources. Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting efforts by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding to ensure new employees have a welcoming and organized first-day experience.
- Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and onboarding materials.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist employees with benefits questions and HR-related requests.
- Support employee recognition programs, company events, and internal communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and onboarding logistics for new hires when needed.
- Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and day-to-day administrative support.

Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office, recruiting, customer service, or HR experience preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
