We're looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused Human Resources Assistant who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to grow a career in Human Resources. Whether you're an experienced HR Assistant or an administrative professional looking to transition into HR, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting efforts by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding to ensure new employees have a welcoming and organized first-day experience.
  • Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and onboarding materials.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist employees with benefits questions and HR-related requests.
  • Support employee recognition programs, company events, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and onboarding logistics for new hires when needed.
  • Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and day-to-day administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office, recruiting, customer service, or HR experience preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
