Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate with coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, I‑9s, background checks, and orientation scheduling
- Maintain employee records and HR data with a high level of confidentiality
- Support benefits and HR systems administration through data entry, tracking, and documentation
- Affiliate with HR communications, wellness programs, staff events, and recognition initiatives as instructed
- Process HR‑related invoices and maintain trackers and reports
- Affiliate with HR projects, audits, and compliance initiatives as assigned
- Affiliate with scheduling and sending calendar invitations for HR activities, including interviews, annual reviews, and meetings
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of administrative or professional office experience preferred; HR experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
