Human Resources Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate with coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, I‑9s, background checks, and orientation scheduling
  • Maintain employee records and HR data with a high level of confidentiality
  • Support benefits and HR systems administration through data entry, tracking, and documentation
  • Affiliate with HR communications, wellness programs, staff events, and recognition initiatives as instructed
  • Process HR‑related invoices and maintain trackers and reports
  • Affiliate with HR projects, audits, and compliance initiatives as assigned
  • Affiliate with scheduling and sending calendar invitations for HR activities, including interviews, annual reviews, and meetings

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative or professional office experience preferred; HR experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
