About the role
The Human Resources Assistant with a culture focus combines traditional HR administrative duties with an emphasis on shaping and supporting a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and process onboarding/offboarding
- Support training efforts and compliance
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Support team-building or recognition events
- Assist with data collection and reporting, including Affirmative Action reporting
- Aid in hiring processes and ensure new hires are integrated into the company’s culture from day one
Pay
$19 - $20 hourly
