Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Cook up and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Process background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications.
- Assist with employee benefit enrollment and related paperwork.
- Track employee licenses, certifications, and required training.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Aid in employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Support special projects and other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous administrative or human resources experience preferred, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
