Human Resources Assistant
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Prior HR experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with technology and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applications, including Excel
- Must be patient and flexible, organized, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet competing deadlines
- Very strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships
- Experience in the nonprofit sector a plus
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000, depending on experience. CLA offers a very generous benefits package that includes 401(k) with employer-paid contribution; low-cost health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) for employees and their dependents; and paid leave (4 weeks vacation, 3 personal days, 12 sick days, and 13 holidays).
Schedule
CLA has a hybrid work environment and requires staff to work in the office at least three days per week.
