HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Pay rate: $20.06 - $30.09 per hour, based on relevant experience.
About the Role
The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support for the HR and recruitment team throughout the hiring and new hire processes. This role assists in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment and employee records, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate/new hire experience. The position also supports benefit and payroll functions, maintains compliance with personnel files, and serves as the first point of contact at the front desk, ensuring efficient HR operations and a welcoming front-office environment.
This dual-role position requires strong communication, excellent time management, and the ability to manage tasks effectively. The HR Assistant should have a broad understanding of HR labor legislation, HR practices, Blessing Health System policies, and a willingness to collaborate with resources to assist employees.

Requirements
- High School diploma (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Human Services, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
- Human Resources experience (preferred).
- SHRM Certification (preferred).
