About the role

The Human Resources & Health and Safety Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and policies. This includes conducting regular inspections, training employees on safety protocols, and addressing any incidents that arise.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular health and safety inspections across all company facilities.
• Develops and implements training programs for employees on health and safety best practices.
• Addresses and resolves workplace safety issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitors and reports on safety metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry-specific safety standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with health and safety software tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
