- Drive store objectives and key metrics
- Communicate openings, recruit, source, review applications, schedule interviews, initiate background checks, and complete hiring process
- Create engaging onboarding experience
- Ensure positive new hire experience
- Lead retention and engagement activities
- Maintain associate data integrity
- Complete effective schedules
- Audit associate timecards
- Participate in leadership workload planning meetings
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to store team
- Perform daily cash office functions

Experience and Qualifications
- 1+ years of Retail Leadership/HR Management experience
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Flexible schedule available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to move around all store areas, bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
