Human Resource Generalist

Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related field and two years of experience in human resources required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.

Requirements

• Experience and demonstrated computer literacy with database systems, MS Office Suite, and other computer/web-based software
• Exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills for internal and external customers
• Ability to relate effectively with individuals with disabilities
• Self-directed with the ability to work in a changing environment with flexibility
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Valid and acceptable NYS driver’s license per organization policies, practices, and procedures
• Travel required

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
