Human Resource Expert

HF Asset Management Limited is seeking an experienced human capital professional for a contractual engagement based anywhere in Bangladesh. This role supports a leading engineering-sector manufacturing company’s AI-enabled modernization initiative through a focused feasibility assessment of human resource management and workforce readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assess current human resource management, office management, and workforce structures relevant to factory operations
• Evaluate workforce readiness and training needs for adopting AI-enabled quality inspection and maintenance systems
• Recommend change-management and communication approaches for introducing new technology to factory personnel
• Advise on protocols for employee data protection where image or video capture is used on the factory floor
• Coordinate with legal, IT, and safety departments on human capital aspects of the data-capture protocol
• Prepare a feasibility report with findings and recommendations for senior management and the Board

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in workforce analytics, human capital management, HR analytics, HR management, technical hiring, human capital, HRIS management, human resources management, and IT recruitment
