Job Description
The Department of Law is seeking a leader in human resources (HR) to help guide the department through all of our HR needs. This position will supervise one HR technician who is responsible for recruitment services. This position will be key to the success of the department, working closely with the executive team to strategize, plan, and implement improvements to recruitment and retention efforts throughout the department. Additionally, this position will be the liaison connecting and guiding staff with the appropriate help at the Department of Administration, if the topic falls under the consolidated HR functions handled there.
