Human Resource Assistant-Part-Time

Job Tasks Maintain, organize, and update employee records, digital files, and confidential HR documentation. Assist with new-hire onboarding, including paperwork, employee photos and bios, contact lists, and required reporting forms. Track employee training completion, upload records into the HR system, and maintain backup copies. Monitor upcoming 90-day annual performance evaluations, assign employee self-evaluations, and notify managers of upcoming reviews. Maintain HR calendars, work anniversary records, and employee information. Complete monthly audits of employee hours. Update the monthly workplace safety board and contribute safety information to the company newsletter. Assist with scheduling training sessions, organizing training materials, and responding to employee inquiries. Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), surveys, PowerPoint presentations, and other HR materials. Support ongoing HR projects and perform other duties as assigned by the HR manager. Qualifications Positive attitude with a proactive approach and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
