Human + AI Squad Lead

About the role

You lead a squad made of AI agents and human experts, embedded inside a large company (our client), and you're accountable for one thing: that AI actually changes how that company works.

plzfix.ai is rebuilding consulting from the inside. We didn't write a point of view on AI — we built a squad of agents that do consulting work every day: research, diagnostics, interviews, RFP responses, delivery support. What's missing is the person who takes that squad into a client, adds the right human experts around it, and leads the whole thing to a result.

AI agents from the plzfix.ai platform — configured for the client's context, briefed by you, reviewed by you, improved by you. Human experts — from plzfix's network and from the client's own teams, brought in when judgment, relationships or domain depth are needed. You — the lead who decides who does what, holds the quality bar, and faces the client.

Responsibilities

• You are plzfix.ai at the client: sponsor, steering committee, expectations, and the hard conversations.
• Diagnose where AI genuinely changes work in that organization, agree measurable outcomes, and hold everyone to them — including us.
• Drive the change: stakeholder mapping, resistance, role redefinition, manager coaching, adoption metrics reported without spin.
• Manage agents the way a good manager runs a team of analysts: clear briefs, context, review, feedback, and a decision on what's good enough to ship.
• Build prompts, skills and light workflows alongside the client's teams so the agents keep working after the squad moves
