Available Positions

Business Unit Head – Dermatology & Cosmetology

Background

  • Education: MBA from a reputable institute. Pharm D will be an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years experience in pharma sales and marketing, out of which at least 3 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, including website content, sales materials, advertising campaigns, and social media content.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze marketing data and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Head of Sales Force Effectiveness

Background

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7–10 years experience with strong background in SFE, commercial excellence, sales operations, or consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SFE strategies, frameworks, and best practices aligned with market dynamics.
  • Partner with business unit and regional leaders to standardize and ensure consistent execution of SFE initiatives.
  • Design and optimize sales territories using analytics and geospatial insights to maximize coverage and efficiency.
  • Drive segmentation and targeting strategies to prioritize high-value healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee CRM systems ensuring high data integrity, adoption, and effective utilization.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs including call productivity, reach, frequency, and coverage metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to track sales performance against targets.
  • Analyze data trends to identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and manage incentive compensation structures aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance and marketing to set sales targets and evaluate incentive payouts.

Head of Finance

Background

  • Education: Qualified CA / FCA / ACMA / FCMA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience: 12–15 years of finance leadership experience in pharma, nutraceuticals, FMCG, food, or healthcare industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end finance function including accounting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, reporting, audit, controls, and compliance.
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and board packs.
  • Manage group and subsidiary reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and related-party transactions.
  • Drive product costing and profitability analysis across multiple business units.
  • Monitor SKU-wise, batch-wise, and customer-level margins, including cost drivers and variances.
  • Oversee working capital management including receivables, payables, inventory, and banking relationships.
  • Manage financing facilities, LCs, imports/exports, and treasury operations.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, corporate, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support export operations through pricing, currency exposure management, and profitability analysis.
  • Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Production, QA/QC, and Regulatory teams.
  • Lead external and internal audits, tax matters, and regulatory reporting.
  • Strengthen financial controls, ERP systems, reporting dashboards, and team capabilities.
