About the Role

The Full Case Department at Carmi Wholesale Distributors, LLC is an active, physically demanding work environment. As a Full Case Selector you will spend your shift on your feet, moving throughout the warehouse, selecting cases of product, lifting, carrying, stacking, and building orders. The work requires strength, stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to keep moving. Freezer work is also available for those who can handle a cold environment, with proper gear and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Select cases of product accurately and efficiently to build customer orders.
• Repeatedly lift, carry, move, and stack cases throughout your shift.
• Work on your feet and remain physically active for the duration of your shift.
• Build stable, organized pallets that are ready for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
