What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage HubSpot and related sales systems
- Monitor pipeline health, deal flow, and forecasting accuracy
- Build dashboards and reporting that drive business decisions
- Improve lead-to-revenue workflows and sales processes
- Parenthetically coach and support teams on CRM best practices and process execution
- Drive data integrity, consistency, and operational excellence across the organization
What They’re Looking For
- Experience owning or administering a CRM platform (HubSpot REQUIRED)
- A strong understanding of sales operations, reporting, and pipeline management
- The ability to train and influence teams without direct authority
- A highly detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills
- A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting around $80K
