What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and manage HubSpot and related sales systems
  • Monitor pipeline health, deal flow, and forecasting accuracy
  • Build dashboards and reporting that drive business decisions
  • Improve lead-to-revenue workflows and sales processes
  • Parenthetically coach and support teams on CRM best practices and process execution
  • Drive data integrity, consistency, and operational excellence across the organization

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience owning or administering a CRM platform (HubSpot REQUIRED)
  • A strong understanding of sales operations, reporting, and pipeline management
  • The ability to train and influence teams without direct authority
  • A highly detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement

Compensation & Benefits
